Regional Manager  North West based Remote - with occasional travel to Slough or Brighton Salary – Circa £60k Are you an Operations manager with experience in an operational environment, overseeing 5-6 team managers with circa 50 employees including field-based installation staff? The Operations Manager Role: As Operations manager, you will manage your specific region with a team of Team managers and a field engineering team of between 50 and 65 installing Smart Meters, Solar and EV. Ensure that the team have all the necessary skills, support, mentoring and equipment to consistently do an excellent job. Design the requirements and work with suppliers and experts to get these in place. Inspire and motivate the team to be part of the zero-carbon journey, encouraging creativity and challenge to make things better and more efficient. Coach your team to work efficiently and create a working environment that enables engineers to excel, grow and develop. Support the Senior Operations Manager in delivering business strategy, building the team, delivering projects and driving superb team performance and customer service. Operations Manager Requirements: Previous experience leading and inspiring people in operational field roles, delivering excellent customer service.
