What you ll do:
Due to our ongoing growth and success, we are looking for a Consultant to join our busy Business Support desk, where you can make a significant impact by connecting North East professionals with exciting opportunities.
- You will be recruiting for and managing a diverse range of roles including Administrators, PA s and EA s, Office Managers, Customer Service, Document Controllers and Receptionists
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across various sectors
- Source and engage potential candidates through proactive outreach and networking
- Support the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates
- Achieve personal and team targets, with the opportunity to earn regular bonuses based on your success

What we re looking for:
- Ideally, you will have experience working in the recruitment industry, although this is not essential for this role as ongoing training and professional development will be provided
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for recruitment and helping connect talented professional with exciting opportunities
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment

- A valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle is essential
