Director/Associate Director, Sales (Risk, Strategy and Research Solutions) Position Summary: You will play a crucial role within the Commercial team of the Risk, Strategy, and Research solution group of the organization to drive sales and business development activities in the region. You will be responsible for bringing in new clients into the group and expanding business development activities, and selling the group’s offerings across leading Global Banks, Asset Management, and other financial services firms.You will lead in achieving new business targets for the Risk, Strategy, and Research Solutions Group of the organization.You will be developing relationships with the CxO level executives and senior level decision-makers at leading financial firms.You will be driving the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution working along with Pre-Sales & Solutioning teams which are located both onsite and offshore.Role: Personally develop long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at leading global financial institutions.Be the point contact to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up on delivery and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, presentations, negotiation and deal signing.Work in close collaboration with pre-sales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business needs.Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build a strong sales pipelineAchieve quarterly and annual sales targets established by the Global Sales LeadershipDemonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust.Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred.Skills Required: Deep domain knowledge in some or more of the following: Capital Markets, Regulatory Trends, Risk, Data & Analytics and Technology areas, Risk & regulatory transformation, globalProven leadership experience in selling risk/ regulatory solutions within the financial services - IB / Capital market/BankingPlease send your CV to [email protected], let's discuss
