This role requires someone who is not only capable of guiding and mentoring others but is also hands-on and willing to get stuck into the work themselves. You will lead the implementation and optimisation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' financial processes and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of D365 F&O solutions with a focus on finance. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements. Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial management within D365 F&O. Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. Actively participate in hands-on work alongside guiding the team. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Lead F&O Consultant, with a strong finance background. Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly in finance modules. Excellent communication and client engagement skills. Ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
