This is a permanent role homebased but would require travelling to clients, Salary £45,000 - £50,000 Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + 25 days holiday, pension, sick pay Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm Location: Home-based in England, with travel to clients Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is seeking a HR People Partner for a permanent, home-based role. This position requires travel to clients and offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000. The client specializes in providing Employment Law, HR, and Health & Safety legal support to small and medium-sized businesses across various industries throughout the UK. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the people agenda to drive performance and business growth through innovative initiatives. * Build and maintain credible relationships with key stakeholders. * Manage the entire People lifecycle for your business areas (including Absence, Sickness/OH Referrals, Recruitment, Development, Talent & Succession Planning). * Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and staff on employee relations matters, providing expert guidance. * Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and regulatory requirements, overseeing performance management, leave, and employee well-being. * Develop robust metrics and analytics to measure HR initiatives' effectiveness, using data to guide key decisions. * Support organizational development (OD) initiatives alongside the Head of HR, driving change and improvement. * Partner with stakeholders on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, and flexible working applications, providing effective solutions. * Conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary. * Assist the Head of HR with complex disciplinary cases and grievances. Required Skills and Experience: * Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification (Level 7 preferred). * 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (Retail/Hospitality or Gaming industry experience desirable). * Proven experience as a Senior HR Generalist, with deep knowledge of the employee lifecycle. * Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for client visits. * Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. * Energetic, solutions-driven approach with the ability to identify and resolve challenges. * Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills. * Strong conflict resolution and influencing capabilities. * Proficient in data analysis and developing actionable insights.
