Marketing Manager
Location: Wetherby
Salary: £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 days in the office and 1 working from home
Benefits: Car allowance, 25 days plus stats annual leave, company pension, company bonus
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our client s team. In this role, you will execute and devise the full marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company s objectives and drives growth across all channels. You will take charge of managing and coordinating events while building a strong brand presence. Travel is involved, so flexibility and a willingness to meet with clients and attend events is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and coordinate a variety of events
- Craft compelling content for various platforms including websites, social media, and promotional materials
- Lead and mentor the marketing team
- Launch new products with effective marketing campaigns
- Oversee and allocate the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI
- Assist with branding efforts to maintain and enhance the company image
- Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy that aligns with business goals
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager
- Strong knowledge and expertise in content writing
- Broad marketing experience across various channels
- Proven experience managing a marketing team
- Hardworking, driven, and results-oriented
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and events
