Mellors Mission: Top quality service and food create happy and successful people The Key Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a school or institutional catering setting and bulk catering Experience of producing homemade savoury dishes and home baking Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, and the ability to implement and maintain strict standards Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff Conduct stock takes and ordering products via the online portalIn return for your hard work and dedication, our client offers a competitive salary, along with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall well-being of students.
