With flagship markets in the City of London and Canary Wharf, Karnival oversees thousands of events annually and partners with some of the world's most prominent brands to create memorable experiences. Karnival is currently without a dedicated sales team, so the Senior Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in building this team from the ground up, leading to a more senior role in the future. Develop best practice frameworks for the team, driving efficiency and maximising business opportunities. Business Insights and Reporting Identify and create reporting mechanisms to showcase the Sales team’s performance and ROI. Provide valuable insights into client performance, highlighting opportunities for growth and efficiency. Implement CRM best practices and incorporate key learnings, ensuring our offerings continue to stand out. Team Management & Networking Lead with passion and strategic insight, driving team performance and effectively delegating responsibility. Represent Karnival at exhibitions and events, managing budget, strategy, and target-setting for key networking opportunities while supporting the team’s annual goals. Have proficiency in all Microsoft software. Ideally, have prior experience as a Sales/Business Development Lead in a comparable hospitality company.
