Senior Architectural Technologist

Job Running Architect / Architectural Technologist, out client is seeking an experienced Runner Architect / Architectural Technologist to join the team in London with experience of overseeing coordination of final fits such as E&M, fire and audio. Their London studio provides a vibrant environment for fostering creativity and innovation. About you You should demonstrate ambition and enthusiasm for success, along with a readiness to serve as an ambassador for the business. The role requires a strong technical aptitude and the ability to adapt to challenging situations. Responsibilities: You'll be involved in a variety of projects across the Education, Industrial and Fit-out sectors, leading and collaborating closely with a diverse team. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for both the business and clients Engaging in project reviews and coordination workshops Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documents using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit) Conducting site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development Ensuring compliance with building standards, regulations, and codes throughout the design process Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in project execution Providing technical support and guidance to junior staff members as needed Staying up to date on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continually enhance design processes and outcomes Contributing to and assisting in the development of the companies technical expertise Requirements: Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or related field Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Job Running Architect / Architectural Technologist in a professional setting Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant design software Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building systems.
