Key Account Manager

Our fabulous client one of the world's leading international logistics services providers by road, sea, air, rail and inland waterway are looking for Key Account Manager to join their fun and hardworking team at Heathrow Airport. You will be responsible for looking at Key Accounts and being the first point of contact for any of their needs and processing orders to completion Key ResponsibilitiesCustoms Clearance of airfreight shipments using CDS (Our operating system is Sequoia)Road Freight exports/imports customs entries including raising T1 documentsCoordinating with handling agents at LHR to obtain release of cargoArrange collections from LHR and deliveries to clients, nationwideQuoting clientsAdministration including raising invoices, and passing suppliers invoices for paymentExperience Required Extensive experience of in a freight forwarding business and looking after Key Accounts.Strong attention to detailFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skills
