MASH | £8000 Relocation | New Service | Ofsted Rated Good | Picturesque Offshore Location  Are you seeking a new challenge in your career, or maybe your current role aren't offering the progression you're craving..  We're looking for an experienced social worker / manager who likes the idea of a change of scenery, while being a part of setting up a brand new MASH service in the beautiful Isle of Wight.  This is off the back of the conclusion of IOW's 10 year partnership with Hampshire County Council, who's MASH service has been rated outstanding many times by Ofsted. In this role, you'll be involved in every aspect of the development, implementation, and subsequent operation of the service.
