Fulfilment Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a Fulfilment Supervisor to join our client's team in working closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of the business. Responsibilities - Organise fulfilment planner and the team to hit deadlines - Plan and set up workstations - Monitor efficiency and set targets - Train team members as needed - Ensure cleanliness and compliance with Health and Safety standards - Carry out quality control checks Skills - Good interpersonal skills - Strong leadership, time management and planning skills - Confident and good communicator - IT proficient - Comfortable in fast paced environment - Excellent attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company pension * Free parking * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
