Resident Liaison Officer

18 Recruitment are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer.

The role is for a Resident Liaison Officer on a Social Housing Retrofit project. The primary function of this position is to be the first point of contact between our teams and the residents, to ensure the residents are informed at all stages of the works due to take place in their homes. The RLO will also deal with customer complaints etc and provide support for vulnerable tenants. To provide information and support for tenants whose homes are affected by major works.

Full clean driving license & CSCS are essential for this role.

Successful candidates will be paid PAYE UMB.
