Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and solicitors. Preparing necessary legal documentation. Conducting legal research as required. Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Assisting with the preparation of estate accounts. Providing support to the wider legal team as necessary. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of departmental procedures.Profile A successful 'Executry Paralegal' should have: A paralegal qualification or equivalent. Knowledge of executry administration and trust law. Proficiency in the use of legal software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
