Key Responsibilities: Opening and closing the park, ensuring a smooth start and finish to daily operations. Recruiting, training, and managing staff to foster their growth and maintain a high-performing team. Overseeing cleaning, safety checks, and maintenance tasks, ensuring all are completed and properly documented. Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered consistently across all areas of the business. You will need: 5 years + experience in a similar position in the leisure industry, along with a proven track record of managing a team or handling operational management in a fast-paced environment.
