If you're looking to develop your skills and be part of a legacy of luxury, this is your moment.Primary Responsibilities Include:Preparing the mis en place required for a smooth kitchen operation and ensuring that the section is set prior to service.Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards for the kitchen.Ensuring that the quality & quantity standards of preparation and presentation are adhered to.Preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues.Directing, guiding and assisting commis chefs.RequirementsWhat You Bring:Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.1-2 years' relevant experience within a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry. A diploma or relevant certificate from a recognised tertiary educational institution.Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative.Good administration skills and organisational skills.
