Salary: £18,200 - £19,500

We are currently representing a school who are looking to hire a committed and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant Special Needs to join their staff for next term.
Responsibilities
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant Special Needs for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
The expectations for this role is a SEN Teaching Assistant Special Needs who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
It is important to this school that the SEN Teaching Assistant Special Needs they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
The SEN Teaching Assistant Special Needs appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, to be eligible for this role.
To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
