Primary Teaching Assistant

Smile Education are recruiting teaching assistants to support EYFS and primary schools across the North Birmingham and Coleshill area. Roles: We have a variety of roles including day to day, part-time and full-time whether you are looking for short term or long-term positions. Responsibilities: Supporting children within a primary school setting with their learning development needs. Working closely to support the class teacher with supervising children’s behaviour. Leading small group, intervention sessions. Providing 1:1 support to individual children where required. Setting up and creating a safe and engaging learning environment.Requirements: We are looking for applicants who hold a minimum of a level 2 childcare or supporting teaching and learning qualification alongside experience within educational settings.
