Marketing Director5-days in the office - Central LondonDriven by expansion and the next phase of growth, this very well run real estate specialist is seeking a Director of Marketing to design and implement the B2B & B2C marketing strategy.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading marketing teams, developing comprehensive marketing strategies in real estate or adjacent industries and executing these strategies successfully.This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a forward-thinking board.Responsibilities:Lead and implement creative B2B and B2C marketing initiatives for each property assetRecruit a new teamWrite and manage content for social media channelsCoordinate and manage partner events from conception to completionManage the production of internal and external marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, presentations etcWork closely with internal teams and external agencies to identify marketing requirements and ensure messaging and outputs are alignedKey skills & experience:B2B / B2C property / real estate experience is essential15+ years experience in propertyProven experience planning and delivering online and offline marketing campaigns within the property or real estate industryTracks on experienceEnergetic and passionate self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externallyExcellent writing, editing and proof-reading skillsAble to effectively priorities with strong project management skillsc£130-150,000 base salary5-days in the officeThanks!
