SEN Teaching Assistant - Full time

We are seeking a full time SEN TA to join an outstanding Primary school in Bath. A culturally diverse school who take pride in enabling children to be motivated, resilient, life-long learners. You will play a key role in supporting individual children including those with SEN. About the role: * Providing support to children with special educational needs * Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons * Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment * Working one-on-one with students who may require additional support * Support student progress to ensure each child reaches their full potential * Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive learning environment Requirements: * Experience working with children with special educational needs * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive school community * Ability to adapt to individual students and their requirements * Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desired but not essential) Zen Educate offers teachers and teaching assistants the opportunity to achieve a better work life balance with our flexible booking system.
