Our client specialise in education, health care, residential, commercial, retail & leisure schemes up to £100million+.Job role: Senior Quantity SurveyorSalary: £75,000 - £85,000 + package (DOE)Duration: PermanentLocation: OxfordshireSenior Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:Prepare tender and contract documents.Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, etc.Undertake cost analysis.Arrange payments and value completed works.Senior Quantity Surveyor Knowledge and skills:Strong communication skillsExperience working for a tier 1/2 main contractorAbility to work under pressure and use own initiativeProven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management roleKnowledge of construction and commercial awarenessTo apply please submit your CV and our team will contact you.
