1st Step Solutions are working on behalf of a leading M&E Contractor on the requirement of a Health & Safety Supervisor in Slough.
You will be supporting the Health & Safety Manager overseeing health & safety matters on a existing Data Centre project.
Key duties:
Provide daily advice and guidance on all HSEQ matters.
Conduct Risk Assessments for operational activities.
Perform regular site safety inspections and audits.
Lead toolbox talks and internal safety meetings.
Ensure prompt reporting and thorough investigation of site incidents.
Communicate safety bulletins, updates, and lessons learned.
Liaise with client representatives on HSEQ concerns.
Attend and support client HSEQ meetings, forums, and initiatives.
Manage HSEQ records and information.
Essential:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or Construction Certificate.
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- Previous experience on data centres.
- Experience of working for an M&E Contractor.
