Job Title: 1 to 1 Primary Teaching Assistant Location: Hertford Salary: £90-£100 per day Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, Term-time only) on a temp to perm basis Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated 1 to 1 Primary Teaching Assistant for a full-time role at a school in Hertford. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to a primary-aged pupil, assisting with learning and development. Tailor support to the individual needs of the child, ensuring they are engaged and making progress. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement the student's learning plan. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment. Requirements: Experience working with young people, ideally within a school setting. Previous experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or in a 1:1 support role is desirable. Must hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
