Ecommerce Manager (12-month contract) - Join a Global Luxury Brand! Are you passionate about luxury brands and the digital world? We're on the hunt for a dynamic and innovative Ecommerce Manager (12-month FTC/ Mat Cover) to take the lead in managing our high-end brand's digital strategy. Based at our state-of-the-art Service Centre, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party retailers to continuously improve our brand visibility, user experience (UX), and drive sales. As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day management of the e-commerce platform. You'll ensure the digital strategy aligns with both local and international marketing plans, working closely with the Marketing Manager and the international head office to deliver a seamless, high-performing online presence. Website Management: Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including the display of luxury watches, customer queries (phone, email, live chat), returns, exchanges, payments, and more. Customer Experience: Manage the customer relationship journey, ensuring all queries, complaints, and feedback are handled efficiently to uphold the premium customer service standards. Sales Optimisation: Validate orders through fraud checks, manage cart abandonment, and continually analyse sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to boost traffic, sales, and customer satisfaction. Digital Strategy: Control and optimise the digital experience across all owned online channels and third-party retailers, ensuring consistency and engagement. Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, PR, and IT teams (locally and globally) to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements. Partner with external agencies to drive digital campaigns, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC), search engine advertising (SEA), and retargeting. Implement AB testing to refine user journeys, maximise sales, and enhance customer satisfaction. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the e-commerce executive and coordinator, ensuring that the team is aligned with the company's goals and is working efficiently. To excel in this role, you will need: Experience in a digital marketing and e-commerce environment A strong command of e-commerce/ CMS platforms A broad understanding of all things digital, with a desire to keep learning about social media platforms, apps, and the latest tech trends. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Strong data analysis skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for improving traffic, sales, and customer engagement. A good understanding of UX design, and a desire to test and implement innovative ideas that drive performance. The ability to prioritise and multitask, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Work for a globally recognised luxury brand.
