The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. This full-time role will involve working across all primary year groups, supporting teachers in delivering high-quality education to our students. The successful candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across all primary year groups. Provide individual and group support to students, helping them to achieve their learning goals. Support the emotional and social development of students, ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom environment. Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources. Work closely with teachers and other staff members to monitor and assess student progress. Supervise and support students during break times, lunchtime, and other activities as required. Maintain a positive and proactive approach to managing student behaviour in line with school policies.About You: Experience: Previous experience working with primary-aged children, either in a school or similar setting, is highly desirable. Qualifications: A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent) is preferred but not essential. A willingness to undertake further training is essential. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Passion: A genuine passion for working with children and helping them to succeed. Flexibility: The ability to adapt to the needs of different year groups and work as part of a collaborative team.Why Join Us?
