Commercial Manager * Commercial Manager * Hybrid-Working (Hemel Hempstead + Remote-Working) * £50,000 per year * Plus excellent company benefits and incentives The Opportunity: We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager to oversee the drafting and review of contracts for field based projects deploying the installation of technology solutions (£10K to £1m) at UK wide client sites. You will be reporting to the Managing Director, with a direct-interface with the sales and operations teams, where you will ensure that commercial arrangements between clients and subcontractors are watertight and that the company’s interests are maintained. Ideally suitable candidates will have background as a QS, procurement, finance or legal contract specialist or a broad business-focused role overseeing/engaging across these areas. Screening Criteria: * Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contract documentation, ideally with JCT, NEC, FIDIC, etc. * Exposure to direct client/stakeholder management, improving business to client relationships and ensuring adherence to contract terms * Able to understand complex projects which incorporate multiple disciplines, such as Electrical, IT, Networks, Construction, Civil and Manufacturing works * Proven experience in a commercial/sales, procurement or quantity surveying role * Solid people and client management skills, being able to manage both up and down Please call James here at ISR to learn more about our client leading the way in developing the next-generation of transport mobility through innovation and transformational technology?
