Mechanical Surveyor

Our client is looking for a Mechanical Surveyor to be based in North Manchester

This role is looking after the maintenance and refurbishment of mechanical services that are being installed into schools and public buildings.

Applicants must have experience of producing specifications and managing contracts

A mechanical or electrical qualification is essential to be considered for this role

Pay is 40phr - 37hrs per week
