They are looking for a Field Account Manager to join their team on a 1-year fixed term contract, in overseeing a set of existing accounts and supporting in growing a range of territories across the UK. This is a crucial role in building long-term relationships with clients and driving success across the region.

This is a hybrid role, with candidates ideally living within one hour of Bristol.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with a range of clients on a daily basis
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the accounts
- Communicate product availability, support with staff training and product merchandising in-store
- Adopt a flexible & adaptable approach to each customer account based on type of business & business location
- Execute a range business development activities to maximise sales across designated territory
- Evaluate successes & highlight areas for improvement across territory, utilising data & budget for support
- Work towards a set of defined targets
The Successful Candidate
- 12+ months experience in a field sales role is ideal
- A background in FMCG would be a plus
- Candidates outside of a sales background would also be considered; Retail Store Managers or Field-Based Merchandisers are encouraged to apply
- Full UK driving license
- Living within 1 hour of Bristol
Field Account Manager Package
- Basic salary: circa £34,000
- OTE: £50,000
