We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Teacher of English to join our dedicated faculty. Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English Literature and Language instruction to students up to Key Stage 5 (KS5). We are looking for an innovative educator who can inspire and engage students through a diverse range of teaching methodologies and creative approaches. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English Literature and Language across all key stages, with a focus on KS5. Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs and abilities of all students. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the teaching and learning experience within the department. Participate in the school's extracurricular activities and events to promote student engagement and school spirit.Qualifications and Skills: A degree in English, English Literature, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Strong knowledge of the English curriculum, particularly at KS5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
