Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for residential construction projects.
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and services from suppliers, ensuring best value and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to inform purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to align procurement with project schedules.
- Manage and oversee procurement budgets, tracking expenditure and reporting on financial performance.

- Proven experience as a Buyer in the construction industry, specifically within residential house building.
