Account Executive

£25,000 – £28,000

Winner FM are working with a fantastic and one of the largest privately owned civil engineering specialist who are looking for an Account Executive to maintain and develop existing accounts whilst also focusing on new business to identify innovation and assisting in growth.
Duties:
As an account executive you will be tasked with selling PPE equipment such as gloves, high-vis, goggles, hard hats, boots and more.
As a Account Executive you will have 4 main aspects of the role that you will focus on which are sales, business development, customer relationship management, and reporting and administration
The role will involve meeting KPI/Targets such as sales targets, new businesses, customer retention and customer satisfaction.
As an Account Executive you will aim to help achieve growth in all areas of the group, ensuring sales targets are met
You will support a portfolio of customers buy preparing quotations, entering sales orders, and ensuring you build long lasting relationships
As an Account Executive you will focus on business development by identifying new sales opportunities, whilst working closely with account managers to ensure the right customers are being identified and targeted with offers, promotions and clearance
You will ensure all customer feedback is relayed and dealt with
You will manage a CRM system ensuring this is kept up to date with all notes and orders
You will ensure reporting of sales and customers is completed as this will contribute to the board report.
Candidate:
As an account executive you must have experience in account management, new sales, and have an in depth knowledge of working with clients
As an Account Executive you must have great written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and planning skills
Experience in IT systems such as excel and CRM systems
