Machine Operator

As they continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Machine Operative to ensure smooth production processes within our manufacturing facility. Salary: £11.44 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Key Responsibilities * Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery used in the production * Dealing with any blockages in the machine. * Conduct quality checks on the product to ensure it meets high standards. * Keep the production area clean, organised, and in compliance with health and safety standards. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflows and minimal waste. Requirements * Previous experience working on a machine or similar role. * Good mechanical aptitude. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. * Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
