Key Accounts Coordinator £28,000k- £30,000k + Performance based bonus Permanent Nottingham - Office based Full Time Monday - Friday Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well-established award-winning organisation. Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Key Account Coordinator to join their expanding team. As a Key Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls from customers, suppliers, and engineers in a fast-paced environment. You will also be required to organise and facilitate exceptional customer service for clients, allocate jobs to engineers, and raise invoices. What will the role involve? You will use the management system to create jobs, allocate engineers, and liaise with operational teams. You will be responsible for raising invoices and issuing all necessary paperwork to customers. You will manage key accounts, maintaining all paperwork and communication between the client and the account. You will be expected to communicate closely with both clients and the management team. You will build customer relationships to fully understand their needs.Who are we looking for?
