As well as being down to earth, hands on and a really positive person, we need someone who perhaps has some branded restaurant experience so that you can bring your knowledge of the importance of consistency and brand standards, whilst also knowing the difference between what good and GREAT looks like in terms of service! You would have a handful of cracking full time people to support you in your team and you would lean on casuals when needed naturally for events. This boutique hotel has been through a full refurbishment and re opened under my clients ownership literally months ago and has just completed building of an impressive Party Barn and state of the art Spa with a bespoke club house, so a lot going on for a 45 bedroom luxury hotel.
