Production Operative Solihull/Redditch * Monday to Friday (early finish Friday) * 6.30am – 4.30pm Mon-Thurs * 6.30am-2.00pm Fri £11.44 per hour Long Term Work Career Progression Private Parking Early finish on a Friday Our client is one of the leading specialising in high-quality manufacturing and are seeking Production Operatives to join the dynamic and effective team. This is on a temp to perm basis (over 3 months), full time hours and looking for someone to start immediately. This position starts in their Solihull warehouse however in a couple of weeks they are moving over to Redditch-so being able to commute both sites is extremely important. This is an exciting opportunity to learn new skills as no experience is needed. This company offers great career development and progression. Job Description: As a production operative you will join a skilled team of assemblers and operatives and will assist in wood-based projects. You will be required to hit production goals and ensure the high-quality production as well as the safe and efficient working environment. Our client is willing to offer permanent positions (to the right candidate), this will be based on a good, strong work ethic, communication skills, excellent timekeeping and attendance.
