Project ManagerSalary: Up to £50k plus car allowance or company carHybrid working around the Birmingham areaOutline of RoleAs Senior Project Manager, responsibilities are to lead and develop project teams, maintain, and grow customer relationships, ensure project delivery is excellent, H & S excellence in line with company procedures and the projects are profitable in line with budget and always looking for ways to exceed.Main responsibilitiesYou will need to be able to demonstrate:Assign resource to projectsDevelop client briefs into workable project profilesReview of scoping documents and specifications with PM’sReview of cost plans with PM / QSDesign managementContract administrationReview and manage programming and phasing of projectsManaging project meetings and adherence to company processCommercial – ensure profit plans, CVR’s and resourcing are all accurateEnsuring all projects are delivered to exacting standards, on time and in budget.Leadership – lead and develop project teamsProfitability – always aiming to deliver budget margins and looking at ways to increase.
