Package for Chef de partie: £30,495 per year plus overtime OTE £40,000 6 weeks paid off per year Based in Central London Uniform provided 5 out 7 day contract but Mainly m-f (need to be flexible) Food provided while on shift Contracted to 42.5 hours p/w Plenty of overtime available for evening events Hours mainly 7.00am- 3:30pm plus overtime n the afternoon/evening Company Information A high profile Client, working for one of the four outlets/venues. There are approx. 300+ clients based on site throughout the working week. This position will be based in the hospitality and fine dining kitchen and be working at the cold/salad section. You will be working for bespoke events British contract foodservice company that have hundreds of sites across the UK and Ireland. Job Brief for Chef de partie You will be working within a team of approx. 10 chefs working at the cold/salad section but being able to to work in all sections if and when needed. Cooking anything from fine dining plated lunches/dinners, buffets, canapes to the highest standard for up to 250 covers a day. This is a high end fine dining and a la carte menu. The Ideal Chef de partie will have proven experience in a similar environment, such as a restaurant, hotel, events and will be happy to support for evening functions 2 to 3 times per week in busy periods. Hours are 7am to 3:30pm however periods such as Jan and Feb they have 2 to 3 events per week and will request the team to be flexible and come in at 11am to finish. Flexibility from the chefs is essential! In return you will receive 6 weeks paid off per year, (21stDec to 6thJan, Easter off, End of July and entire month of Aug) led by an experienced head chef who is passionate and team player and ability to learn and develop skills in the kitchen including being part of internal cooking competitions, obtaining further accredited qualifications and much more.
