Student Research Analyst

Our client is looking to add a bright analytical individual at Associate level to join their Student Housing Residential Research team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the decision-making processes of both internal and external stakeholders through data analysis and research. You will be engaged in a variety of projects across key service lines, collaborating with agency, valuation, consultancy, and other research disciplines such as Geospatial and Data Science. Minimum of 5 years in an analytics or real estate research role. Exceptional numeracy skills and a strong ability to derive insights from data. Demonstrated accuracy in manipulating, analysing, and presenting data with excellent attention to detail. Interest in Student Property and policies related to residential investment, development, and Higher Education. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is essential. GIS, SQL, PYTHON, R, SPSS, Excel Macros, Power BI, Flourish, Macrobond, and real estate data systems (e.g., RCA, MSCI, Radius, Property Data, Agents Insight). Salary up to £70,000 + bonus + benefits including hybrid working 2 days a week.
