Service Design Lead (Business Analyst)

Job Title: Business Analyst & Service Design Lead

Contract Type: 6 Months, Outside IR35 Contract, (Flexible Day Rate)

Location: Cambridge, once per fortnight

Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to take on a hybrid role as a Business Analyst and Service Design Lead. This role will involve leading market analysis, designing a high-level operating model, and driving the service design process for the rollout of a global data stewardship service. The day rate can be totally flexible for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the internal market analysis to understand the data stewardship landscape across multiple global markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design a high-level operating model that addresses the varying needs of different markets.
• Develop service design strategies that ensure the new data stewardship service meets the specific requirements of each market while maintaining overall consistency.
• Work closely with the project management team to plan and execute the initial rollout of the new service to selected markets.
• Engage with stakeholders across different regions to ensure alignment with the new service design and operating model.
• Identify potential challenges in service adoption and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Oversee the transition of markets to the new service, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
• Provide continuous feedback and refinement of the service design and operating model based on real-world implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst with additional expertise in service design and operating model design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage service design projects from concept to implementation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in a global or multi-market environment, with an understanding of cultural and operational differences.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to design services that meet diverse market needs.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in data stewardship or data management is a plus.
