Role purpose: You are responsible for designing, executing, and securing innovative strategies that drive excellence in key areas. This role will champion continuous improvement in organizational development, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision and strategic objectives. As a critical member of the management team, you will lead the transformation of the organizational culture, creating a collaborative environment where employees thrive, and the company remains competitive in attracting and developing top talent. With a focus on fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace, you will oversee all people and culture initiatives for the UK office (50 staff), working closely with local leadership to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions. Key responsibilities: Resourcing & Employer Branding Recruitment of local staff: support local management in the entire hiring process across all levels and all departments for the UK entity. Coordinate and guarantee an effective and smooth on-boarding process for new hires. Position CHG as an attractive employer of choice in the UK labor market. Compensation & Working conditions Manage and optimize salary and compensation processes including all benefits and other perks. Implement structural redesigns and job evaluation systems to ensure internal competitiveness and equity. Preparation of employment contracts, supplementary agreements, termination agreements, notices of termination, etc. Responsible for labor regulations and labor-related policies (company car, flex working hours, mobile working, etc.) People Management & Development Support the annual performance appraisal process. Create, drive, and support a Talent / Young Graduation Management program and take continuous actions to develop our young potential. Support Management in talent development (e.g. defining future requirements, training needs of existing employees, strategic workforce planning, 9-box-grid). Organizational development. Act as SPOC for discussions with all staff on sensitive personnel-related issues. Responsible for developing initiatives that support our collaborative and outstanding working environment, through the execution of wellness and internal communication programs. Design and implement employee listening techniques (surveys, focus groups, interviews, pulse checks) to gather feedback on pain points and suggestions for improvement to be a benchmark employer of choice. What you need to succeed in the role: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. CIPD qualification is highly advantageous. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in designing, executing, and tracking all core HR processes. Strong expertise in people data analysis and compensation structures. Extensive knowledge of HRIS, preferably SuccessFactors. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Proven ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships across functions and organizational levels. Expertise in providing confidential counseling and coaching on a wide range of people-related matters. Dynamic personality with the ability to inspire and energize teams, fostering a sense of purpose and passion for CHG. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take timely and confident actions. Demonstrated track record of ethical and honest behavior. Strategic thinker with the ability to understand the business model, anticipate future skill gaps, and drive initiatives that promote sustainable growth. Proficiency in the English language is required.
