We have a new opportunity for a Contracts Lawyer to join a dynamic, innovative National Law Firm in Birmingham. Within this role, you will work closely with experienced lawyers and compliance specialists to ensure firm-wide compliance.
Some responsibilities:
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding risk-related issues
- Assist senior staff with strategic and operational issues (eg root cause analysis investigations and transformational change projects)
- Review firm-wide policies and procedures
- Provide advice regarding client terms of engagement and bid proposals
- Lead on matters relative to professional regulations
- Support colleagues with claims handling
- Address complaints relative to the internal complaint procedures
