Data & AI Lead

As a Data & AI Lead , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data-driven initiatives and delivering innovative solutions to clients leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will lead a team of data professionals, oversee the development and implementation of data strategies, and drive the adoption of AI and ML technologies. Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute comprehensive data strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and client needs. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Data Architecture and Engineering: Design and implement robust data architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, and data pipelines on GCP. AI and ML: Leverage AI and ML technologies to solve complex business problems, develop predictive models, and automate processes. Generative AI: Explore and implement generative AI solutions, such as natural language processing and image generation, to drive innovation. Client Delivery: Collaborate with client teams to understand their data challenges and deliver tailored solutions, leveraging GCP's capabilities. Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and consulting services to clients and internal stakeholders on data-related topics. Technology Adoption: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data technologies and advocate for their adoption within the organization. Mandatory) 2:1 Degree educated in Computer, Science or Technology related degree; ~5+ years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, or a related field. ~ Proven experience in leading and managing data teams. ~ Expertise in data engineering, data warehousing, and data governance. ~ Strong proficiency in AI and ML algorithms and techniques. ~ Experience with generative AI frameworks and tools. ~ Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its data-related services. Certifications related to Google Cloud Platform or data science. Contributions to open-source data projects or communities.
