Regional Loss Prevention ManagerLocation: As a guide applicants should live in/near the West Yorkshire/Manchester areaSalary: Up to £42,000 + Company Car, Bonus, BenefitsThis is a key role overseeing a large portfolio of sites across a region. You will be responsible for reducing shrink, investigating stock loss, conducting compliance audits and working closely with senior retail stakeholders to shape and deliver the Loss Prevention strategy. As a guide, applicants should live in/near the West Yorkshire/Manchester areaRequired Experience:Strong multi-site loss prevention experience where you have investigated stock loss.Applicants should have strong investigation skills alongside commercial experience. This could be within the Police or a multi-site loss prevention role etc.You should be able to engage stakeholders and develop strong strategic relationshipsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to drive profitability through loss prevention & security controls and processes.Full UK driving licenseWhat you will do:Lead the regional Loss Prevention function.
