MEP Design Coordinator

Role: MEP Design Coordinator / Manager Location: Central London Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package (Depending on experience) Excellent opportunity for a MEP Design Coordinator / Manager to join a Main Contractor to work on their Flagship schemes in Central London. With over 20 live projects and more upcoming, this company are looking to expand their Design Department. Role Engage on flagship hotel schemes in Central London Working through the design process from pre-con through to project completion Responsible for managing consultants on a daily basis Working alongside a Senior MEP Design Manager who will be on hand to support Take on your own projects Candidate 1 – 10 Years experience in the industry Managing consultants on a daily basis Hotel experience preferable but not essential MEP Experience (Essential) Ideally someone coming from a consultancy background who wants to go main contractor Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Building Services (Desired) Someone who is willing to learn, driven and ambitious Be able to work in a fast paced environment Offer Up to £65k annual salary Training and career progression plan Quarterly social events Will offer sponsorship to candidates currently living in the UK
