Retrofit Assessor - London

TSASurveying is working in partnership with a Retrofit Specialistwho do work across the UK andare conducting assessments on social housing properties as part of a new project that is starting in London.
They need a Retrofit Assessor who can carry out around 30-40 assessments on a short-term contract through theSHDFscheme.
They are looking for someone with Retrofit experience to carry out these assessments, with the opportunity for more work in future as tender bids continue to go through.
This role will involve undertaking Retrofit Assessment surveys of dwellings and a technical survey with a borescope.

• Assessing the existing gas boiler and heating system.
• Any insulation measures, drawing up accurate floor plans of the property.
• Carrying out condition reports, along with conducting site-specific assessments.

Alllodgementswill be carried out by the assessor and uploaded throughElmhurst. Assessors will be paid per assessment.

We will ideally be looking for individuals who have already gained a level 3 qualification in Retrofit Assessment.
