Vertical Borer

Position: Vertical Borer Machinist - Webster and Bennet A full time permanent role from day one. Matrix Personnel Group Ltd is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our clients team in Heywood, United Kingdom. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Webster and Bennett machines to produce high-quality products. Responsibilities: Set up and operate Webster and Bennett machines Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and productivity standards are met Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition Troubleshoot machine issues and perform repairs as needed Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator, with experience operating Webster and Bennett machines Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Good understanding of machine maintenance and repair Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Must be able to work on-site in Heywood, United Kingdom.
