Bid Co-ordinator
I am working with the UK’s leading 100% Public Sector focused IT Solution and Service Provider, empowering and inspiring people to fulfil their potential, so they can help customers make smarter buying decisions and meet business objectives through technology. They work with numerous organisations to transform their current IT solution with cloud and hybrid infrastructures data, AI, security, and collaboration tools.
Location
Hybrid role which is based 2 days out of their offices in Greater York.
Duties
• Locate bid opportunities and manage the customer portal through to submission
• Manage the writing and editorial aspects of bid/proposal documents
• Coordinate deadlines, content, and collaboration across stakeholders
• Edit, refine, and enhance bid content for clarity, grammar, and impact
• Track and report on tender outcomes
• Work with the Bid team on specific projects and help to enrich the bid library
• Responsible for uploading the final submission onto the customer portal
Skills and experience
• Experience of writing and understanding bid and proposal documentation
• Held relationships at all stakeholder level
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to write clearly for an international audience; an excellent eye for detail.
