HR Advisor £35,000 £40,000 Based in Swindon and travel to Brentford in West London office occasionally.Hybrid Position – 1 to 3 days in the office depending on the needs of the office.A global education software company are looking for a HR Advisor for their office in Swindon. You will be an integral part of the HR team, working alongside the HR BPs to be the go-to resource for employee questions, providing guidance on HR policies, supporting employee relations, and assisting with key HR processes such as on boarding, performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The role will have to occasionally visit the Brentford, West London office too.Key Responsibilities:Partner with HR Business Partners to provide guidance on policies, HR practices, and employee/manager queriesManage low-level Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance investigationsAdvise on HR policies, covering probation's, leave, absence management, and flexible workingOversee performance management processes, including goal setting and improvement planHandle escalated HR Help queries and support on boarding, inductions, and exit interviewAssist with HR initiatives, including employee engagement, diversity programs, and policy updatesIdentify and escalate trends in employee concerns for proactive solutionsImprove the People Assist knowledge library by addressing common queries and anticipating needsWork with the HR Coordinator to deliver accurate metrics and maintain data integrityAnalyse absence trends and report to HR Business PartnersReview exit interview feedback, identify trends, and assist in creating action plansExperience required:2 years as an HR Advisor or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices.Minimum CIPD Level 3 or equivalentProficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office packagesExperienced in analysing and presenting HR dataStrong ability to build trust and relationships across all levels, with excellent written and verbal communicationHigh accuracy in handling documents, records, and compliance, with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetlyStrong organisational skills, time management, and a practical approach to resolving issuesBenefits:22 days Annual leave plus holiday purchase planBirthday Day off and up to 5 days volunteer daysSummer and Winter Hours of workUp to 10% bonus based on company and own performanceAccess to a benefits and discount platform with access to 1000’s of discounts at retailers, leisure attractions and restaurants BUPA Healthcare, Life assurance, Permanent health insurance, Pension scheme with enhanced employer contributions Season ticket loan, childcare assistance, EAPHybrid Position – 1 to 3 days in the office depending on the needs of the officeAnd much more !!!
