Senior Reservations Manager

We are seeking a guest focused, sales-driven Senior Reservations Manager to join our Casa do Frango London Bridge team.Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Senior Reservations Manager who shares our values, is hooked on hospitality, and will support their team to be the best they can be.Casa is a collection of four neighbourhood restaurants which bring the sunny atmosphere of Portugal to London. Since opening London Bridge in 2018, Casa’s humble menu and signature piri-piri chicken, grilled over wood-charcoal have been well received by Londoners and critics alike. Marina O’Loughlin shared in The Sunday Times that she had “A 20 quid meal that tastes like a million bucks”.
