The desired 1:1 SEN Full Time TA will genuinely have a passion for transforming lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners. Being confident within a classroom setting and being able to work both in small groups as well as 1:1 and building great relationships with both the staff and the students is essential for this role. An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education. **Key Responsibilities** Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, T Level in Education and Early Years. Experience supporting children with additional needs or with an Educational Health Care plan within an education or care setting. Excellent behavioural management skills (any training certificates such as Team Teach would be advantageous) Proactive, confident, friendly, nurturing, and adaptable. **Key Requirements** Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is essential.
